About the role:
•The role of Sales Manager will involve proactively driving sales activities to the hotel across all sectors to including hotel events, private dining, leisure experiences, corporate and conference from a local perspective.
•Work with local destination houses and partners from a B2B and B2C perspective.
•Support the development, execution, and maintenance of the hotel and Hand Picked Hotels sales and marketing plan.
•Be a confident and effect networker who can build effective relationships externally and internally.
•Making clear, confident decisions, will be second nature to you, consulting with others where needed ensuring you all reach the same goals.

About you:
•To be considered for this role you will this role of Sales Manager you will have current proactive sales experience within a 4/5-star luxury hotel or similar environment and have knowledge of the local markets, including meetings and events.
•It is essential you are driven, can act on your own initiative where appropriate and enjoy working within a proactive sales role and with set targets and objectives.
•Can demonstrate a methodical approach and are highly organised and have a systematic approach to your work.
•You will have excellent communication, presentation skills and attention to detail.
•Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories.
•It essential you have your own transport and can travel as required.
