We are recruiting for an Interim Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join the team, this is a temporary role and will be responsible for working alongside the business providing financial insight and challenge to support the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes.
 
The location for this role will be based on the applicants location, however travel to the hotels and our Central Office in Kent will be required.

About the role:
  • As Interim Financial Planning and Analysis Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Operational and Commercial Finance.
  • Assisting in the preparation of the 2025 budget, other ad hoc analysis and process reviews.
  • Support ongoing reporting during change and transition.
  • Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Passionate Hand Picked Team.
About you:
  • To be considered for this role of Interim Financial Planning and Analysis Manager you will be qualified or studying towards a recognised accounting qualification.
  • Demonstrate strong experience in financial analysis.
  • Experience within the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
