Health Club & Spa Receptionist

• The role of our Health Club & Spa receptionist is to welcome and engage with our members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service through greeting them on arrival, answering phone calls, responding to emails and booking them in for treatments.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel, health club & spa and treatments on offer and provide thoughtful recommendations, tailored to each guest to help create magical memories.
• Ensure that the Health Club and Spa are immaculately presented and clean at all times. 
• Build and maintain relationships within the team and ensure communication is clear between the shifts.
• You will be responsible for checking the pool plant room, making sure the pool & steam room are operating safely & correctly.  
• Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.

• Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.
• You’ll take pride in your appearance and the standards and ambiance of our Health Club & Spa.
• Previous health club or spa reception experience is desirable, but not essential, if you have a customer facing background and with an understanding of a spa environment then you may be considered for the role. Training will be provided for pool plant room, first aid & pool responder.
• Cleaning duties are included in this role, any prior experience in cleaning or a housekeeping environment will be considered an advantage.
• Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and genuine manner. 
   
   Our Benefits include:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.50, plus a share of service charge.
  • This is a Part-time role working on different shifts, earliest start will be 6.00am and latest finish is 9.30pm, we are looking for someone to flexible in days that they can work including weekends on a rota basis, as our facilities are open 7 days a week. Contract will be offered on 21 hours per week, hours may vary depending on business needs.
