We are currently recruiting for a Group Room & Spa Reservations Supervisor. This role is located within our Groups Reservations and Events Sales Office, which is located in the grounds of Crathorne Hall Hotel in Yarm.
- The role of the Group Room & Spa Reservations Supervisor is to assist the Head of Group Reservations in achieving budget targets, driving revenue growth, increasing room occupancy, and elevating the quality of enquiry handling and booking processes.
- This role includes supervising the reservations team, ensuring smooth and efficient booking operations, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Assisting with the daily/weekly/quarterly reporting, for the department and group and feeding back any issues/concerns that arise.
- Striving to achieve company/departmental /individual objectives and Key Performance Targets as agreed by management.
About you:
- To be considered for this role you will have current Supervisory Reservations Sales experience within a hotel, conference centre, customer service or similar environment.
- Have experience of supervising a team effectively in order to deliver results and achieve sales objectives and conversion rates whilst delivering a high level of service and standards.
- It is essential you are self-reliant and are able to act on your own initiative where appropriate.
- Able to demonstrate a methodical approach and are highly organised and have a systematic approach to your work.
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
