We are currently seeking an active and enthusiastic Chef de Partie at Fermain Valley Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

What will the role involve?
Our Chef de Partie team thrives on the energy of a dynamic kitchen where no two days are ever the same. In this role, you will lead a busy section with confidence, showcasing an exceptional standard of cooking while sharing your expertise with junior chefs. You will naturally anticipate guest needs with refined emotional intelligence, ensuring every interaction contributes to a truly memorable Hand Picked experience. Above all, you will embody our commitment to delivering service, excellence and consistency that exceeds expectations and keeps our guests returning time and time again.
This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
