We are currently seeking an active and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor at Fermain Valley Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

About the Role

What will the role involve?

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will help deliver an exceptional dining experience by leading the smooth, polished operation of our restaurants, bars, and lounges. With a strong eye for detail and a hands-on approach, you’ll oversee service standards, support and guide the team, and ensure every guest receives warm, attentive, and luxurious hospitality.

You will coordinate daily service, maintain immaculate presentation across all areas, and confidently resolve any issues to uphold our reputation for excellence.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis, 35 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.

Contract from April - September 2026.

  • You will be expected to be able to hold a good level of knowledge regarding food menu items and availability, including main ingredients, allergens and preparation style.
  • Be able to offer accurate and enticing product descriptions with recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Working towards the achievement of departmental goals, contributing ideas and being open to trying new ways of working.
  • We want people that are passionate, showing the ability to go above and beyond naturally, that take pride in delivering consistently high standards and pay attention to all the details.
