Fitness Instructor

• As a Fitness Instructor your role will involve a combination of duties, from leading our Welcome to Wellness gym inductions, assisting in our member wellness days to running group fitness classes and personal training sessions. Also responsible for covering reception, cleaning and pool plant management.
• You will help support the success of your team, feeling engaged and ready to deliver consistently exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.
• Be capable of demonstrating that you can deliver outstanding training sessions, motivating others whist bring positivity to peoples health and wellbeing goals.
• Mindfulness and well-being is your top priority, so you will be passionate about maintaining high standards and delivering memorable guest experiences to ensure that all clients leave feeling on top of the world and with a clear mind.

About you:

• It is essential you have current UK Fitness qualifications, NVQ Level 2 fitness instructor and preferably level 3 Personal trainer (or wanting to work towards) to be considered for this role.
• You’ll enjoy motivating others and feel confident acting as an expert to give suitable advice on health and fitness that will match peoples individual goals and aspirations. 
• Being driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service will be your passion and motivation.
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.
• Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories.

• A competitive salary package of £14.00 per hour, plus a share of service charge. You will also receive additional payments for teaching classes and commission on PT sessions.
• This is a Full-Time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
• Live in accommodation is available with this role for a weekly charge of £115, inclusive of meals & bills, double room with own ensuite.
