About the role
•As Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role, supporting Hand Picked Hotels’ wider transformation programme while shaping and elevating the F&B experience at Nutfield Priory.
•You will be a key influencer within the hotel, driving service excellence, consistency and commercial performance across the food and beverage operation.
•You will lead, support, and develop the food and beverage team through training, coaching, leading from the front as an inspirational leader, fostering a culture, excelling together.
•A key focus for this role will delivering exceptional service standards, attention to detail and precision as the every day experience.
•Responsibilities also include managing daily operations, controlling costs and stock, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
•Curating bespoke dining experiences, events, and service offerings that elevate the guest experience and uphold the hotel’s reputation for outstanding hospitality.
•This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis, with 45 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.

•Strong Food and Beverage management and operational experience within a quality 4 or 5 star hotel environment.
•Experience leading large, multi discipline teams with warmth and credibility.
•Commercial awareness and confidence managing payroll and workforce planning, P&L.
