We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager at L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

What will the role involve?
As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead by example in creating an exceptional dining experience by ensuring our restaurant, bar, and service areas are presented and operated to the highest standards. With a keen eye for detail, you will oversee daily service, maintain exceptional food and beverage presentation, and ensure guests receive outstanding hospitality at every touchpoint. Your commitment to excellence and high standards will help deliver an unforgettable and memorable guest experience. As a confident leader and strong team player, you will support, guide, and motivate the Food & Beverage team, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and the continued reputation for quality, luxury, and exceptional service.
This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
