We are currently recruiting for a visionary Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually engaging concepts and designs to support Hand Picked Hotels brand identity and marketing initiatives across all channels.
This new role will work in collaboration with our Head of Marketing and Head of Digital Marketing, creating both digital and print materials for hotel collateral, advertising and promotional materials
The role of Graphic Designer will play a key role in ensuring that all visual communications align with the brand's core values and market trends, while enhancing engagement and guest experiences.
What will the role involve?
The role will focus on four primary areas:
• Visual Brand Identity: Maintaining and evolving Hand Picked Hotels' visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Design Execution: Producing high-quality visual content that aligns with business and marketing objectives.
• Collaboration & Campaign Support: Working closely with Divisional marketing teams to create materials that drive demand and brand awareness.
• Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and visual standards.
Are you Hand Picked?
• Proven experience in creative production or design within hospitality, lifestyle, or premium consumer sectors.
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and flawless execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• A solid grasp of digital formats and social media content design.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A refined eye for aesthetics, brand integrity, and storytelling through design.
