We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Stores Person at Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

What will the role involve?

This role is responsible for managing all hotel goods received, ensuring accurate processing, secure storage, and timely distribution across the property. Key duties include checking deliveries for accuracy, quality, and expiry dates; organising and maintaining dry stores, the cellar, and storage areas; and updating procurement and stock systems daily. The position oversees allergen segregation, stock rotation, and the creation of back orders or returns when required. It also involves maintaining accurate liquor records, conducting weekly cellar counts, supporting monthly stocktakes, and replenishing canteen supplies. Strong attention to detail, adherence to security procedures, and effective communication with suppliers and internal departments are essential to ensure smooth operational support throughout the hotel.

This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week over 5 days, shift times can be flexible but must start in the morning.
