What will the role involve?
As a Spa Attendant, you will be the welcoming face of our spa, creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest. From greeting visitors on arrival to handling phone enquiries and emails, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint—expertly booking treatments and classes to suit each guest’s needs.
You’ll develop a thorough knowledge of the hotel, spa, and treatments on offer, enabling you to make thoughtful, personalised recommendations that help create truly special and relaxing experiences.
Maintaining a calm, clean, and beautifully organised environment is key to the role. You’ll ensure our spa is always fully stocked and ready to provide the highest standards of comfort and luxury for our guests.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, so you’ll build strong relationships with your colleagues and communicate clearly across shifts to ensure a seamless guest experience.
This is a casual contract and will require working a variety of shifts including weekends which may vary depending on business.
The shifts are as follows: 0600-14:30pm and 12:45pm-21:15pm on the weekdays, 0700-15:30pm and 12:00pm-20:30pm on the weekends
Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

- Experience in a customer service environment preferable with knowledge of call handling & emails. Any fitness qualifications would be a bonus.
