What will the role involve?
At Hand Picked Hotels, we support our Sous Chefs in progressing toward Head Chef roles by providing exposure to operational, administrative, and people management responsibilities, alongside continued culinary development.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef who is eager to further develop their kitchen management skills within a quality-driven hospitality environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor junior team members, while maintaining a keen awareness of current culinary trends. With a high level of emotional intelligence, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences and upholding the high standards for which Hand Picked Hotels is renowned..
What’s in it for you?
- A competitive salary package of £45,000 to £50,000 plus a share of service charge.
- Staff live in accommodation is available from £115 per week, inclusive of all meals & bills.
