What will the role involve?
You will support the delivery of weddings and events by managing enquiries, converting leads into bookings and helping to achieve sales targets and KPIs. The role involves overseeing all Sales & Events administration, including maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, issuing contracts and following up on enquiries. You will build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, attend regular team meetings, and work closely with operational departments to ensure the smooth planning and delivery of events.
This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.

- You will have passion and pride in delivering exceptional, high-quality, personalised service to ensure our guests experiences are memorable.
- You will have previous experience working in a sales & events environment, preferably within a luxury hotel.
- Having a good local knowledge of competitors, local information and attractions will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of opera is desirable.
